Our experience
The work is led personally by our Founding Partner, Anthony Alba Araúz, an attorney admitted in the Dominican Republic, in the State of New York and before the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, who holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University at Buffalo School of Law.
His career includes several years of immigration law practice in New York at the Northern Manhattan Coalition for Immigrant Rights (NMCIR): representation before immigration court and cases involving asylum, family petitions, adjustment of status and naturalization.
