Our experience
The work is led personally by our Founding Partner, Anthony Alba Araúz, an attorney admitted in the Dominican Republic, in the State of New York and before the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, who holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University at Buffalo School of Law.
His career includes public-sector practice —at the City of Mount Vernon, Law Department (New York) and at the Escuela Nacional del Ministerio Público— as well as administrative and constitutional litigation, which provides first-hand knowledge of how public entities decide and act.
