Our experience
The work is led personally by our Founding Partner, Anthony Alba Araúz, an attorney admitted in the Dominican Republic, in the State of New York and before the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, who holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University at Buffalo School of Law.
His career spans high-impact litigation in civil, commercial, corporate, criminal, employment, constitutional and administrative matters, with legal representation before courts in the Dominican Republic and the United States, both at law firms and in the public sector.
